1849 Dress
This dress was made for a young lady who was participating in a wagon train in Utah. She had to have just the right style, and it had to be as accurate as possible, but still affordable. It is made from a blue gingham cotton blend. The front has flanges which continue over the shoulder. There is piping along all seams, and the sleeves are pagoda style.
