The price for sewing labor varies from dress to dress. I do my best to give an accurate estimate before work begins.

The only deposit I require before beginning work is that of the pattern and fabric. This is a non-refundable deposit. This can be
ordered through my outlets or purchased from a retail store of your choice. Payment for labor is due
upon completion and your acceptance of my work. All work is held until full payment is received. If payment is not received, the item becomes the property of Heather's Fine Couture.
